Apple Villas is a tiny section of homes that is just now being built (2022). This neighborhood is located in South Moore and is specifically a home creations neighborhood, Home Creations is the largest builder in Oklahoma. I wanted to tell you about Apple Villas because it’s a brand new neighborhood that will be really great for people or families who may not want to have a lot of extra maintenance that typically comes with owning a home.
Again, this Apple Villas neighborhood is located on the south side of Moore and it’s really close to I-35, with an onramp right down the road. This makes it so that you can get to Oklahoma City or Norman really fast.
Near Apple Villas, you have Apple Valley & South Glen. The elementary school is also extremely close by, it’s practically right across the street. Another neighborhood that’s close is called Lake Woods.
Things to do around the Community
Parks, Shops & More
As a resident of Apple Villas, you’ll have great access to the shops at 19th Street. Walmart, Target, Warren Theater, Winco (grocery store), home goods stores like Lowe’s and Home Depot and plenty of restaurants & coffee shops. Some of our favorites are Crumbl Cookies, All About Cha, and of course, Chick-fil-A.
The City of Moore also has over 300 acres of parks grounds with different amenities and pavillions for any occasion you’re celebrating. Many of the parks have walking trails and there are even some great parks for your furry friends!
Oklahoma City is about 30 minutes north of Apple Villas, depending on where you’re headed, specifically. Downtown OKC, otherwise known as Bricktown, has lots of nightlife, water taxi tours on the canal, and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. You can attend an OKC Thunder game, visit the beautiful Myriad Botanical Gardens, or enjoy an outdoor event at Scissortail Park.

You must be an owner occupant to purchase a home in Apple Villas and the homes here have a kind of Dallas style, which is very typical for Oklahoma. A majority, if not all of the homes will feature that brick veneer.
The lots for these Apple Villas homes are very small, at about .109 acres. You won’t have too much of a yard, and if that appeals to you, that means that you won’t have much outdoor maintenance. The people we see that are typically looking at these types of homes or lots, are people who are downsizing or possibly do a lot of traveling and are not wanting a lot to have to maintain.
The builder of Apple Villas is known for their energy efficiency, which means your utilities will be pretty low. All the of the Apple Villa houses are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes that range in size from about 1,200 square feet to 1,400 square feet, so not a lot.
There is an HOA in Apple Villas, as there is with most new home communities, however the cost of that is minimal and is paid annually.
