Arbor Lake is a subdivision of about 100+ homes in prestigious west side Norman. Roughly at the corner of W Robinson St and 48th Avenue, it’s located in Norman School District, near Truman Elementary, Whittier Middle School, and Norman North High School. There are restaurants, shopping, banks, grocery stores, gas stations, and all the typical services you love having close to your neighborhood.
The Arbor Lake community has a variety of home styles, including Dallas-style homes with the brick exterior and small front porches, contemporary style homes, and then some of the newer houses have that farmhouse feel.
This community is ideal location for those who will be commuting to Oklahoma City and Moore, or visiting other nearby towns like Yukon, Newcastle, or Blanchard. I-35 is less than ten minutes away, but you can also 60th to easily get to Moore and the west side of the City (Oklahoma City) from Arbor Lake.
The price of homes in Arbor Lake ranges from $300,000 to nearly $1 million, depending on the specific property. The average home is between 2,500 – 5,000 square feet. The HOA fee is roughly $35 per month and includes maintenance and the rec facility.

Arbor Lake is only minutes away from several different places to grab a bite in Norman, including Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Redrock Canyon Grill which has a great happy hour, McAlister’s Deli, Torchy’s Tacos, Pub W, Volcano Sushi Bar & Hibachi. Of course, you have your local Starbucks, but Beanstalk is a great little coffee place where you can get a fantastic authentic cappuccino, All About Cha and Press and Plow are also fantastic as well!

Oklahoma City is about 15-25 minutes north of Arbor Lake, depending on where you’re headed, specifically. Downtown OKC, otherwise known as Bricktown, has lots of nightlife, water taxi tours on the canal, and the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. You can attend an OKC Thunder game, visit the Myriad Botanical Gardens, or Scissortail Park.
