St. James Park Homes for Sale
Beautiful South Norman Neighborhood
St. James Park was established in 2000 – that’s when the first homes started being built and this neighborhood is located just off Highway 9 & 24th Avenue Southeast. There are lots of businesses near here to include a hostpital (that’s going to be built as of Sept ’21) and the postal training center, Hitachi, and then you also have really great access to the University of Oklahoma, which is Norman’s largest employer.
There are a few other neighborhoods in this area as well. Actually, there are quite a few – Cedar Lane, Eagle Cliff, Bellatona, and Summit Valley are some of the newer ones. Of course, there are some older neighborhoods near here too.
Even though St. James Park was started in 2000, there are still homes being built in this neighborhood in 2021, so that means there is still a lot available. The great thing about having builds being spanned over that many years is the variety of homes that you’ll find in here. They don’t all look exactly the same, so that is really nice. Some of the builders that have homes in St. James Park are West Point, Magellan, Armstrong, Moore Construction, Liberty, Precision Style Homes, Vesta Homes, Heritage Fine Homes, Taber, Brookfield Custom Homes, Mirror Field, and of course there are others.
You’ll find a lot of traditional styles, contemporary & modern, and some Dallas style homes in St. James Park as well. Typically homes are no smaller than 1,700 square feet, and they’ll all have a two or three-stall garage. St. James Park does have an HOA which includes acces to the walking trails, community ponds, the recreation center and community pool.
